As a professional or graduate: You will be responsible for the implementation of concepts and strategies, that are aligned with the business demands of global companies.
You lead or support the qualitatively high execution of projects in topics such as: strategy development, business process optimization, potential analysis. You create concepts for knowledge and innovation management and can utilize the entire spectrum of change management together with our customers to ensure a smooth implementation. You independently conduct studies and workshops in an international environment, through this you can actively build up a relationship network.
If you are applying for a higher position, you should already have as a consultant assumed personal and budget responsibility. Managers with branch competence that are knowledgeable about operative areas, also have promising opportunities with us.

As a student worker, intern or graduate student: You are responsible for i.e. conducting reports in interesting areas or the analysis of new management concepts for their degree of effectiveness.
