Manuela Müller-Gerndtstarted her career in strategic environments as well as new business developments for a global player. Later she led the creation and implementation of a worldwide knowledge management system for a company in the area of Health Care. She possesses substantial know-how and a comprehensive strategic and organizational knowledge, especially in the area of complex organizational change processes and the implementation of six sigma projects. |  |
As an associate lecturer at numerous university level institutions and the author of relevant publications, she has committed herself to the knowledge transfer between universities and the industry. In 2003 she founded and has successfully led the implementation consulting company S:SENSE GmbH in Munich.
Mrs. Müller-Gerndt studied Business Administration and International Management in Munich and Rome. She furthered her international management knowledge at, among other locations, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Fuqua School of Business, USA.
